An Edwardian split-level maisonette was spatially re-organised following collaboration with Mole Architects in the planning stages of the project.
The small kitchen was moved into a larger space on the middle level of the dwelling. Existing half landing level changes were utilised to enable access to a new roof terrace, which was carved into the existing monopitch roof to the rear of the property commanding views to the West.
A new double bedroom was located at the rear and lower level of the property, separated by a sliding wall of birch plywood from an ensuite shower room and dressing room.
