If you would like to discuss your ideas about a potential project please ‘get in touch’ by calling or emailing David.

In order to benefit most, please tell David as much information as possible, such as:

- the project address or potential site address
- your project aims
- your project type, i.e new build/addition/renovation/multiple-unit development
- an estimated programme
- your outline budget

David can then arrange to have a half hour introductory consultation with you either via Zoom/Teams or by telephone. He will discuss:

- the design process
- the consultants you will require
- the approvals you will need
- how to avoid potential pitfalls

Following your consultation, should you then wish to explore your project further with David, you may opt to take advantage of his site appraisal & feasibility service.
